It’s been over 30 years since Jeff designed his first medical alarm. He built our first 1000 medical alarms by hand before they went to a manufacturing line. They had to be right. Jeff built and designed our medical alarm to be rugged, durable, and dependably rock solid. After all, his mom was going to be on the system and his Aunt Tillie too.

Jeff handpicked all of his employees and still does 30 years later. Our employees must be caring and attentive to your mom and dad's needs. He knows how difficult it can be for your loved one when they are scared or just stressed from being ill, growing old or having a fall when they can't reach the phone for help. That voice over the speaker box must be calming, reassuring and most of all well trained to handle any emergency.

Next Jeff designed the original software to manage the incoming calls to the monitoring center for help. At first Jeff would not allow the monitoring center out of his sight so he built two for redundancy. To this day Jeff has maintained the importance of two redundant monitoring centers to protect our clients. In partnership with NMC (National Monitoring Center) today our clients our watched over by NMC the best and most qualified monitoring center in the country. NMC maintains two UL listed, Department of Defense Approved and FM approved redundant monitoring centers. We have Spanish speaking operators available. Between Jeff and NMC they defined a 3 month training program for all emergency response operators before they are even allowed to respond to a live medical alarm signal.

In over 30 years of service to seniors throughout the nation Jeff's Senior Safety companies have kept more than 45,000 clients safe and protected. Although Jeff is now 63 and uses a medical alarm himself since he had a mild heart attack he remains actively involved in every aspect of the medical alarm business. He has long since earned enough money to retire comfortably but that will never happen. Jeff enjoys caring for his clients and his employees too much to stop.
