Anytime you need to update your medical alarm account information, all you have to do is call. You are free to update any and all account information whenever you need! We would review your list of contacts and make sure that we have all the right contacts to call if you were to use your medical alarm. Having accurate contact phone numbers is an important part of your medical alarm system, so I’d recommend calling us at least once a year to review and update these phone numbers!
