Some of our seniors have had unfortunate dealings with other medical alert companies in terms of equipment breakdowns. At Senior Safety, we pride ourselves on using top of the line equipment for our medical alert systems. It is true however, that from time to time something does break.
But we don’t believe that should cost you. If your medical pendant or senior alert system breaks for whatever reason, we will repair it or replace it at no additional charge to you. Sound simple enough? Senior Safety values our seniors and we do our best to keep you protected and keep your equipment safe and working. So, if you have any problem whatsoever, just let us know.
