All of the time I see seniors who have a home alert system but don’t know how to test it and are afraid to use it. Technology can be tough sometimes so it is important to help seniors learn how to test! Start by having your loved one press their senior emergency button. Having them test their home alert themselves will help them get used to their system and feel comfortable using it. That way they will know what to expect if they ever have an emergency and need to use the emergency button. When our operator comes over the line have your mother or father tell them that they are only testing!
Its important for your loved one to realize that testing really is that simple!
