Testing your medical alert is the best way to make sure that the system is working properly. Simply buy pressing your necklace or wristband button you will be able to make sure that both the button and medical alert speaker box are fully operational and ready to go in the case of an emergency. We recommend that all of our customers test their system once a month. Its easiest to remember to do this by marking it on your calendar. You might choose to test the second Monday of every month. It’s completely up to you! Testing even helps to familiarize you with how your medical alert system will work in the case of an emergency. It certainly is great way to always be prepared!
