Customer Reviews

"I'd like to take a moment to commend one of your employees, Casey… Casey was very patient and took me through step by step of what to plug in where… My mother is 89 and lives alone. Your service is vital to her staying in her home with some level of independence.

Casey is an example of a caring, knowledgeable and patient customer service representative. He portrayed your company in a very positive manner. I hope you are proud to employ (and reward) such a wonderful person."

Sincerely,
Jeannine L.

Medical alarms for seniors work for the hearing impaired

by Jeff Miller

in Alarm Monitors,Medical Alarms for Seniors

While medical alarms for seniors are designed to allow you to communicate back and forth with an operator throughout your entire home, this communication is secondary to getting help. Anytime that you are unable to speak to an operator over our alarm monitors, we will have to send help for you. We have a lot of medical alarm customers who are hard of hearing, deaf, or sometimes are without their hearing aids. And our medical alarms for seniors work even without that speaker – all they have to do is press that button, and help will be on its way. Some of our hard of hearing even clients are able to communicate with an operator simply because they know that anytime they press the button, the operator will simply ask if they are alright. While they may not be able to hear exactly what is said (because of their level of hearing) they are able to tell the operator that they are okay or just testing because they know how their alarm monitors operator is trained. Or if it is an emergency they can simply explain the situation to the operator. Don’t worry though, even if you are not able to speak – help will be on the way!
