Some people are skeptical when we initially tell them that the medical alert‘s two-way communication will work in up to a 3000 sq ft home. We always recommend starting off by doing a walk around test after the system is delivered and you have it plugged in. This test demonstrates the area that you will be able to speak back and forth with our operator. Today I helped a daughter and her father set up the system over the phone. When it came time to test we had the father walk from room to room until he was in the back bedroom, the daughter was surprised that the medical alert microphone was able to pick up her fathers voice. This was in a part of the house that she could barely hear him from… Medical alert technology has certainly come along way. We’re always excited to see what’s next!
