"I'd like to take a moment to commend one of your employees, Casey… Casey was very patient and took me through step by step of what to plug in where… My mother is 89 and lives alone. Your service is vital to her staying in her home with some level of independence.

Casey is an example of a caring, knowledgeable and patient customer service representative. He portrayed your company in a very positive manner. I hope you are proud to employ (and reward) such a wonderful person."

Sincerely,
Jeannine L.

My mom fell twice and didn’t use her emergency alert devices!

by Jeff Miller

in Emergency Alert Devices,Fall Alert

Emergency alert devices are by nature designed to be your safety net in an emergency situation. Last month, a young man called me concerned that his mother had fallen twice and neglected to push her fall alert on both occasions. Sometimes the best thing to do is have an honest conversation with your loved ones and explain that while the idea of having emergency alert devices may be uncomfortable, the whole point is to ensure the senior has more independence, not less. There is no reason to have a fall alert if the senior won’t use it in an emergency. Talk to mom and dad. Listen to their concerns and remind them you are only trying to help.
