What happens if my wrist alert band breaks?

Anytime our senior alert systems equipment needs to be replaced we will take care of it for you free of charge. Often times these service issues are simple things that we can fix over the phone with you or we may need to just send out new equipment for you. Either way we will get it taken care of ASAP! If your medical alert necklace or wrist alert breaks, we will be replacing that for you free of charge. In fact, we have so many customers that have been with us for more than 5 or 10 years. Over that length of time your wrist alert band may just not last. So don’t hesitate to call us to let us know that you need new equipment. It’s important for you to understand that the senior alert systems are provided on a rental basis. So we will do our best to make sure that you always have good working equipment. But if you were to lose the medical alert necklace or wrist alert, we would have to charge you a one time fee to get you a new button. We like to make sure that our senior alert systems customers are fully informed up front! After all, informed customers are happy customers!
