When should I test my senior medical alert?

To make sure that their senior medical alert is plugged in and working at all times, we have our customers test their system once a month. Now, you can do this test whenever you like. It can be whatever day of the month works best for you, and you can test at any time – day or night. While you don’t need to test your medical alert on any sort of schedule, we find that it is easiest to remember if you mark this on your calendar. All you will need to do is press your senior medical alert button. When an operator speaks to you just tell them that you are testing. Testing your medical alert will only take a minute or two out of your day, and it is very important for your safety. So don’t forget!
