Jeff's best test for all alarm monitors representatives you call

Here is a simple test when you talk to their representatives. When it comes time that they ask you for the order after telling you about their alarm monitors and monitoring service, and how it all works tell them that you want to think about it.

Now listen for the fun or aggravation to start, the pushy sales types will keep asking for your credit card or bank account information… over and over again.

Then simply ask for a brochure. You will find them giving you a hard time by saying things like:

  1. It will take a week or two to receive the brochure, why don't you order now.
  2. You don't have to check with your mom seniors never want these systems, just give me your credit card.
  3. Whatever you do, don't give them your phone number. Watch, the next day they will call you by capturing your caller ID, and they will be far more aggressive about you ordering now and giving them your credit card or your bank account details again.

Just learn to say NO and sit back and watch the fun.

Take the Time to Make an Informed Decision

Call everyone and order their brochure… you will quickly detect with your "gut meter" who is good and who makes you feel uncomfortable.

Be careful not to sign any long term contracts… they are impossible to get out of.
I'm just sayin'

We have no long term agreements, you can cancel at any time and we give you a 30 day money back guarantee.

Yes we are available in every single town in the United States, even if your home is in a rural area.

We Care!

My mom wants one of your wrist alarms but I think she should get a necklace

Open

You've probably read that we recommend choosing one of our necklaces with your order rather than one of our wrist alarms. This is because the necklace is more accessible in the case of an emergency. All the same, whichever one your mom is more comfortable with and more likely to wear at all times is the one you should choose. Since she will be wearing it at all times she'll always be prepared - she'll be able to press that at anytime and speak to one of our alarm monitors operators. If your mom prefers one of the wrist alarms over the necklace, that's what I would recommend choosing. As long as mom is wearing her alarm monitors necklace or wristband at all times she'll be safe and protected. And that's what counts!

What is an important question to ask regarding monitoring centers for Alarm Monitors?

Open
When people call to ask about our alarm monitors I'm often asked, “Are you a privately owned or contracted monitoring center?”  Now is this of any importance to the client who is using a fall alert? Not really!  What is an important question to ask is, “Do you have a second redundantly backed up monitoring center in a different location should a natural disaster occur?”

There are a few good proprietary monitoring centers and many more excellent contracted monitoring centers. It’s possible for either situation, owned or contracted monitoring center to be poorly run.

The better discussion here would be what makes a great medical monitoring center?  Make sure they have comprehensive customer service, quality control systems, recording of all calls, comprehensive training programs and certification for all operators.

An elderly monitoring system that covers your entire yard...

Open

Our elderly monitoring system has a range of 400 feet away from where the speaker box is set up in your home. This is the range that you can press your help button and send a signal that you are having an emergency. To give you a good idea of how far our alarm monitors cover, 400 feet is more than the length of a football field. So from anywhere in your yard you should be able to press your elderly monitoring system button and get help. When this happens we are not going to be able to speak to you over the speaker, but we will assume you are in trouble and send help. Feel at ease knowing that our alarm monitors get you help both inside and outside your home.
