Elder Alert Systems must help our elderly family members feel secure, safe, and confident living at home alone and independent. No doubt elder alert systems must be reliable and affordable. What makes ours the best elder alert is the quality of our elderly monitoring service along with our caring customer service representatives.
When you or your elderly loved one has fallen and finds them self in an awkward or dangerous situation in the home, be it EMS, fire or a police emergency, having quality elder alert in place along with the waterproof button they wear in the shower and the tub will give everyone greater "Peace of Mind".
Having one of our "Rock Solid" elder alerts gives you and your loved ones the ability to send that important alert that help is needed to both the paramedics and to the family. Time is of the essence during all emergencies. Our monitoring center will know mom or dad is in trouble within 20–30 seconds, in most cases, and dispatch whatever help they need. We stay on the line to talk to them until help arrives at the home when necessary.
Elderly family members love us because we care.
Here is a simple test when you talk to their representatives. When it comes time that they ask you for the order after telling you about their elder alert system tell them that you want to think about it.
Now listen for the fun or aggravation to start, the pushy sales types will keep asking for your credit card or bank account information… over and over again.
Then simply ask for a brochure. You will find them giving you a hard time by saying things like:
Just learn to say NO and sit back and watch the fun.
Take the Time to Make an Informed Decision
Call everyone and order their brochure… you will quickly detect with your "gut meter" who is good and who makes you feel uncomfortable.
Be careful not to sign any long term contracts… they are impossible to get out of.
I'm just sayin'
We have no long term agreements, you can cancel at any time and we give you a 30 day money back guarantee.
Yes we are available in every single town in the United States, even if your home is in a rural area.
We Care!

When you order our elder alert system, we ship the equipment to you and you plug it in. The set up of your system is easy, and most of our senior clients are able to do it by themselves. All you have to do is plug it in to an electrical outlet and a phone jack, and then you can try the medical alert buttons to make sure that everything is working properly. So ask yourself if mom and dad are going to be able to plug in their elder alert by themselves… If they can't, do they have family, friends or neighbors nearby who can do this easy set up? To be honest, there are two main problems that seniors could have when trying to set up their system. First, they may not be able to move heavy furniture to access the electrical outlet or phone jack. Secondly, there may be a mess of cords (phone cords, electrical cords and more) right where they are trying to set it up, and that can end up resulting in confusion. We are glad to help any of our customers set up their elder alert system over the phone. It is very easy to do, and we are really good at walking you through that process. We've been doing it for years after all. So give us a call, and one of our technicians will walk you through the process and then they will have you test your medical alert buttons to make sure that everything is working for you!

With any alarm for seniors there are two pieces of equipment, the speaker box and the emergency button. Your speaker box will plug directly into your phone line - its through this connection that our monitoring center is able to know that you have pressed your button. Anytime that you plug in your alarm for seniors or change any of its connections its a smart idea to test the system and make sure that you plugged it in right.
Whenever you press your emergency button you will hear a loud long tone out of the speaker box. That tone is what tells you that the signal was received and that the alarm for seniors is starting to make a connection with our monitoring center. You do not need to press your emergency button again at this point. Once you hear the loud long tone it will only be 20 to 30 second in most cases for an operator to speak to you. So help will be with you shortly!
