Elderly monitoring devices must be rock solid, reliable and affordable when you are comparing and reviewing monitoring devices. What makes Senior Safety alarms the best is the high quality of our elderly monitoring service along with our caring customer service representatives.
When you or your elderly loved one has fallen and finds them self in an awkward or dangerous situation in the home, be it medical, fire or an intruder in the home, having elderly monitoring devices in place along with the waterproof help button they wear in the shower and the tub will give everyone involved greater "Peace of Mind".
Having one of our "Rock Solid" elderly monitoring devices gives you and your loved ones the ability to send that important first alert help is needed to both the paramedics and to the family. Time is of the essence during all emergencies. Senior Safety will know mom or dad is in trouble within 20-30 seconds, in most cases, and dispatch whatever help they need. We stay on the line to talk to them until help arrives at the home when necessary.
Senior citizens love us because we care.
Here is a simple test when you talk to their representatives. When it comes time that they ask you for the order after telling you about their elderly monitoring devices tell them that you want to think about it.
Now listen for the fun or aggravation to start, the pushy sales types will keep asking for your credit card or bank account information… over and over again.
Then simply ask for a brochure. You will find them giving you a hard time by saying things like:
Just learn to say NO and sit back and watch the fun.
Take the Time to Make an Informed Decision
Call everyone and order their brochure… you will quickly detect with your "gut meter" who is good and who makes you feel uncomfortable.
Be careful not to sign any long term contracts… they are impossible to get out of.
I'm just sayin'
We have no long term agreements, you can cancel at any time and we give you a 30 day money back guarantee.
Yes we are available in every single town in the United States, even if your home is in a rural area.
We Care!

We find that all of our customers who have arthritis are still able to press their help button and activate their elderly monitoring devices correctly. Pressing the help button for one of our elderly monitoring devices does involve giving it a good press. But it is certainly not hard to do and does not involve a lot of strength. Whenever you press your help button a loud long tone will sound from the speaker box. This sound means that you pressed your button properly and it is beginning to alert our monitoring center that you need help. You never need to worry if you pressed the elderly monitoring devices pendant too softly because you will be able to hear it working immediately :) … It really is that easy!
[Read More...]Do you have a two story house? We have many customers who have two stories that are able to use their elderly monitoring devices both upstairs and downstairs. This alarm system monitor covers up to a 3500 square foot area! I recommend plugging in your alarm in a phone jack close to your stairwell because this will allow the alarm system monitor to communicate more effectively with your dad while he is on the other floor. You'll then test the system and make sure he can hear our operator on both floors. Its important to realize that the voice to voice communication aspect of our system is secondary to getting your dad help. In any case that our operators are not able to speak to a client over one of our elderly monitoring devices they will assume that the client is in trouble and get them the emergency services. Your alarm system monitor will work both upstairs and downstairs, and even when your dad is not able to speak…

"I'd like to take a moment to commend one of your employees, Casey… Casey was very patient and took me through step by step of what to plug in where… My mother is 89 and lives alone. Your service is vital to her staying in her home with some level of independence.
Casey is an example of a caring, knowledgeable and patient customer service representative. He portrayed your company in a very positive manner. I hope you are proud to employ (and reward) such a wonderful person."
Sincerely,
Jeannine L.
