Emergency Alert Button for Seniors Save Lives

An emergency alert button must help our senior family members feel secure and safe to remain living at home alone and independently. No doubt emergency alert buttons must be reliable and affordable. What makes Senior Safety the best emergency alert button is the high quality of our monitoring service along with our caring customer service representatives.

When you or your elderly loved one has fallen and finds them self in a dangerous situation in the home. This could be a medical issue or a fire or police emergency… having a quality emergency alert button in place along with the waterproof alert button they wear in the shower and the tub will give everyone greater "Peace of Mind".

Having our "Rock Solid" emergency alert button gives you and your loved ones the ability to send that important first emergency call that medical help is needed to both the paramedics and to your family. Time is of the essence during all emergencies. Our monitoring center will know mom or dad is in trouble within 20–30 seconds, in most cases, and dispatch them the help they need. We stay on the line to talk to them until help arrives at the home when necessary.

Senior citizens love us because we care.

Jeff's best test for all emergency alert representatives you call

Here is a simple test when you talk to their representatives. When it comes time that they ask you for the order after telling you about their emergency alert button and alert service tell them that you want to think about it.

Now listen for the fun or aggravation to start, the pushy sales types will keep asking for your credit card or bank account information… over and over again.

Then simply ask for a brochure. You will find them giving you a hard time by saying things like:

  1. It will take a week or two to receive the brochure, why don't you order now.
  2. You don't have to check with your mom or dad seniors never want an emergency alert button, just give me your credit card.
  3. Whatever you do, don't give them your phone number. Watch, the next day they will call you by capturing your caller ID, and they will be far more aggressive about you ordering now and giving them your credit card or your bank account details again.

Just learn to say NO and sit back and watch the fun.

Take the Time to Make an Informed Decision

Call everyone and order their brochure… you will quickly detect with your "gut meter" who is good and who makes you feel uncomfortable.

Be careful not to sign any long term contracts… they are impossible to get out of.
I'm just sayin'

We have no long term agreements, you can cancel at any time and we give you a 30 day money back guarantee.

Yes we are available in every single town in the United States, even if your home is in a rural area.

We Care!

Researching Medical Emergency Alerts

Open
As you review medical emergency alerts and do your comparisons on the web your first alert that you are dealing with dishonest salespeople is if they make you give them your phone number just to request a brochure.

If an emergency alert button requires your phone number you can be sure they are about to call you over and over again.  The best medical emergency alerts will give you a way to give your phone number should you wish to give it.  They don’t demand it to move further in their sites.

One famous company that you see advertised on television often makes you give them your phone number.  Their salespeople will haunt you day in and day out.  Why do they do this?  Well, they’ve paid a lot for advertising and they must squeeze every sale out of their advertising that they can get.

In my emergency alert button company, we NEVER make outbound calls unless you request us to call you back.  We feel that if you like our website and have requested our brochure, that’s enough until you choose to call us. [Read More...]

When you press your medical panic button on accident...

Open

Some of our new customers worry about pressing their medical panic button and not realizing it. Its important for everyone to understand that false alarms are not something to be afraid or worried about. Of course, in order to activate your speakerbox and send a signal to our monitoring center that you need help you will need to press your emergency alert button. You may bump the medical panic button accidentally someday. Immediately after doing that you will hear a loud long tone out of your speakerbox… that is the sound of your medical alert starting to connect you to our monitoring center. Shortly an operator will speak to you over the speakerbox and you can just tell them that you are not having an emergency. It's as simple as that. If you press your emergency alert button and don't hear the speakerbox - don't worry. Our monitoring center will be calling your home number. When you pick that up just let the operator know that it is a false alarm. These false alarms are rare, and you may not ever have one. But it's great to be prepared and knowledgeable about your medical panic button just in case you ever do!

Customer Reviews

"I'd like to take a moment to commend one of your employees, Casey… Casey was very patient and took me through step by step of what to plug in where… My mother is 89 and lives alone. Your service is vital to her staying in her home with some level of independence.

Casey is an example of a caring, knowledgeable and patient customer service representative. He portrayed your company in a very positive manner. I hope you are proud to employ (and reward) such a wonderful person."

Sincerely,
Jeannine L.
