A Home Alert System must help our elderly family members feel safe, secure, and confident while living at their home alone. No doubt these home devices must be reliable and affordable. What makes ours the best home alert system is the high quality of our monitoring service along with our caring customer service.
When you or your senior loved one has fallen and finds them self in a potentially dangerous situation in the home, be it medical, fire or a police situation, having a quality home alert in place along with the waterproof button they wear in the shower and the tub will give everyone greater "Peace of Mind".
Having our "Rock Solid" device in the home gives you and your loved ones the ability to send that important alert that help is needed to both EMS and to family. Time is of the essence during all emergencies. Our monitoring center will know mom or dad is in trouble within 20&ndash30 seconds, in most cases, and dispatch whatever help they need. We stay on the line to talk to them until help arrives at the home when necessary.
Senior Citizens love us because we care.
Here is a simple and smart test when you talk to their representatives. When it comes time that they ask you for the order after telling you about their company and how the service works tell them that you want to think about it.
Now listen for the fun or aggravation to start, the pushy sales types will keep asking for your credit card or bank account information… over and over again.
Then simply ask for a brochure. You will find them giving you a hard time by saying things like:
Just learn to say NO and sit back and watch the fun.
Take the Time to Make an Informed Decision
Call everyone and order their brochure… you will quickly detect with your "gut meter" who is good and who makes you feel uncomfortable.
Be careful not to sign any long term contracts… they are impossible to get out of.
I'm just sayin'
We have no long term agreements, you can cancel at any time and we give you a 30 day money back guarantee.
Yes we are available in every single town in the United States, even if your home is in a rural area.
We Care!

So whether your phone service in the home changes or your address, contacts' phone numbers, or billing information - make sure you give us a call and get the info updated… That way anytime you activate your home alert system, we will have the most current information for you! [Read More...]Medical alerts have been around since the early 80's (That's more than 30 years now!)… We've seen these devices change from just a button that you press to get EMS response to a whole home alert system that allows you to speak to an operator whenever you have an emergency. The newest feature is something called fall detection, and it works just how it sounds: based on the movement of the pendant or wristband it can sense a falling motion and send a signal. We are excited about its potential, but the technology is not far along enough for us to offer - it tends to lead to lots of false alarms from everyday movements (like bending over or even lying down). We find that seniors do best with a simple and reliable system! And we certainly don't want our customers to be bothered by all these false alarms. :)
[Read More...]Our customer service office is designed to be there whenever you need us, just like your emergency button! Not only will you reach a live person from 6 AM to 12 AM Pacific Standard Time, but you can also leave a message in the early hours of the morning and we will give you a call back promptly. That way if you need help with your home alert system, you can reach a customer service representative at any odd hour. We know you can't schedule your questions about our emergency button into a standard workday - and that's exactly why we stay open for so many hours. That way you don't have to wait til the next morning to get answers about your home alert system. You never know when an emergency will happen, that's why we are here to help make sure your system is working around the clock!
[Read More...]Anytime this question runs through your head, feel free to test your home alert system. Testing is always the best way to make sure that you have that system plugged in correctly and that every part of that system is working to protect you! I've talked to salesmen from other companies that tell you that they will be able to make sure that their medical monitoring devices are working at all times. This is simply not true. It would be wonderful, but it is simply not possible. There are some factors on your end that can prevent us from getting a signal (you may have unplugged your home alert system from the phone line or your home phone may not be working). That said, our medical monitoring devices do run a weekly test. This test allows us to see when the system is plugged in properly - but the test is limited. In order to make sure that your help button, the speaker, and everything is always in working order, we need you to test once a month! Marking this on your calendar is the easiest way to remember!
