Having medical alert buttons helps our elderly family members feel confident and safe while living at home alone and independent. No doubt medical alert buttons must be reliable and affordable. What makes Senior Safety the best medical alert button is the high quality of our monitoring service along with our caring customer service representatives.
Sometimes an elderly person finds them self in a dangerous situation. This could be a medical emergency, a fire situation, or even an intruder in the home. In all of these scenarios, having a medical alert button to push when a senior can't reach the phone is crucial.
Having one of our "Rock Solid" medical alert buttons gives you and your loved ones the ability to send that important alert signal that help is needed to both the paramedics and to your family. Time is of the essence during all emergencies. Our monitoring center will know mom or dad is in trouble within 20–30 seconds, in most cases, and dispatch whatever help they need. We stay on the line to talk to them until help arrives at the home when necessary.
Senior citizens love us because we care.
Here is a smart and simple test when you talk to their representatives. When it comes time that they ask you for the order after telling you about their medical alert buttons tell them that you want to think about it.
Now listen for the fun or aggravation to start, the pushy sales types will keep asking for your credit card or bank account information… over and over again.
Then simply ask for a brochure. You will find them giving you a hard time by saying things like:
Just learn to say NO and sit back and watch the fun.
Take the Time to Make an Informed Decision
Call everyone and order their brochure… you will quickly detect with your "gut meter" who is good and who makes you feel uncomfortable.
Be careful not to sign any long term contracts… they are impossible to get out of.
I'm just sayin'
We have no long term agreements, you can cancel at any time and we give you a 30 day money back guarantee.
Yes we are available in every single town in the United States, even if your home is in a rural area.
We Care!

Our emergency response system is easy to set up. When your mom's system arrives in the mail you will simply open the box and follow the instructions to plug in her speaker box. That speaker box plugs directly into her phone jack and into an electrical outlet. If she had a phone in that wall phone jack previously the phone needs to plug into the extra jack on the back of our emergency response system speaker. Once everything is plugged in press mom's medical alert buttons to test the machine. If you hooked everything up properly you will be connected with an operator with around 20 to 30 seconds, and you can just tell him that you are just testing the machine. Setting up the emergency response system is really straightforward, and most seniors can even do it themselves. But if you press the medical alert buttons after setting it up and don't get an operator, give us a call. We'd be happy to walk you through the plug in process over the phone and make sure everything is working!
[Read More...]We only want you to have to pay for the time that you are using your senior monitoring. That is why we prorate your service when you order our medical alert buttons. We are currently a couple of weeks into March - rather than have you pay for a full 3 months when you sign up with us, we will have you just pay a prorated March along with the other 2 months! We are happy to save you a few dollars along the way. Additionally, if you ever need to cancel your senior monitoring service, you'll just be sending back the equipment. Once that is returned we will get you any unused months back! We don't want you to spend too much on medical alert buttons ever. That is why we keep our rate low and prorate your service!
[Read More...]A lot of seniors ask if there are any additional fees associated with pressing their medical alert systems necklace button. We want you to feel comfortable testing and using your medical alert buttons whenever you need, and there are absolutely NO added fees for pressing that button - even if it is a false alarm. When you activate your medical alert systems and need help, we will dispatch your local paramedics to you. What the paramedics charge is separate. Of course if they transport you to the hospital, they are going to charge you, and these charges vary based on where you live. Most areas do not charge for false alarms. They'd generally rather be there to check on you and make sure you're okay, even if it is just one of these rare false alarms. So don't be shy about using your medical alert buttons, that is what it's there for!

"I'd like to take a moment to commend one of your employees, Casey… Casey was very patient and took me through step by step of what to plug in where… My mother is 89 and lives alone. Your service is vital to her staying in her home with some level of independence.
Casey is an example of a caring, knowledgeable and patient customer service representative. He portrayed your company in a very positive manner. I hope you are proud to employ (and reward) such a wonderful person."
Sincerely,
Jeannine L.
