Even if your voice is too soft to be heard towards the back of your home, we will still be able to get you help. Whenever you press your medical alert devices button and we are unable to speak to you, we have to assume that its an emergency and send help for you all the same. I am researching medical monitoring systems for my grandmother in Tampa, Florida who is very prone to falling in her home. She has even fallen a few times while talking on the telephone.
