If you call because of a service issue, it helps to be as specific as possible. I am considering your emergency alert button but I actually live in two homes.  I live in New York City, New York during the spring and summer and head south to Miami, Florida during most of fall and winter.  If I ordered your senior citizen alert, would I be able to use the same system in both homes?

Yes, of course! Our emergency alert button is designed to be portable and moving locations is a snap. All you would need to do is unplug the unit from one home, plug it back in the other home and give us a quick call to update your address with our monitoring center.
