When your wrist alarms battery has gone low, we get a low battery signal. We check for these signals daily, and we will give you a call to let you know that we are sending a new wristband for you. These elderly alarm button batteries generally last around 5 years (depending on use), so this is something you won't have to think about for quite some time.
