Jeff's best test for all wrist alert representatives you call

Here is a simple test when you talk to their representatives. When it comes time that they ask you for the order after telling you about their wrist alert system tell them that you want to think about it.

Now listen for the fun or aggravation to start, the pushy sales types will keep asking for your credit card or bank account information… over and over again.

Then simply ask for a brochure. You will find them giving you a hard time by saying things like:

  1. It will take a week or two to receive the brochure, why don't you order now.
  2. You don't have to check with your mom elderly people never want a wrist alert wristband, just give me your credit card.
  3. Whatever you do, don't give them your phone number. Watch, the next day they will call you by capturing your caller ID, and they will be far more aggressive about you ordering now and giving them your credit card or your bank account details again.

Just learn to say NO and sit back and watch the fun.

Take the Time to Make an Informed Decision

Call everyone and order their brochure… you will quickly detect with your "gut meter" who is good and who makes you feel uncomfortable.

Be careful not to sign any long term contracts… they are impossible to get out of.
I'm just sayin'

We have no long term agreements, you can cancel at any time and we give you a 30 day money back guarantee.

Yes we are available in every single town in the United States, even if your home is in a rural area.

We Care!

Medical Alert Issues

Can I wear the Medical Panic Button everywhere?

Open
A Medical Panic Button that gives the first alert to the paramedics are to be used in and around the home only.  Most accidents happen in the home, especially in the shower or tub.  This is why a wrist alert is waterproof and is used only in and around the home.

The biggest threat is a senior left alone with no one to help.  That is the primary purpose of wearing a medical panic button.  Some systems will work approximately 300-400 feet outside, but that is the maximum.  They do not work outside the home or in public settings.  The upside is that if an emergency happens in a public setting, there should be some good Samaritans available to help. My housekeeper unplugged my wrist alert system

Open

Many seniors, as they get a long in age, have help cleaning their house. Whether this is a housekeeper or a family member its important for them to be aware of your wrist alert system. While that system does have a backup battery, its best if the system is plugged in consistently at all times. This way your home monitoring for seniors never runs the risk of turning off because of loss of power. It's a smart idea to tape your wrist alert's power cord to the outlet and label it so everyone in the house knows what that cord is and that it is important to keep it plugged in.

While we'd love for you to take these precautions, don't constantly worry about accidentally unplugging the wrist alert system. Once your home monitoring for seniors goes on that back up battery, the system sends a signal to let us know that your machine is not getting power. At that point, we will call you and have you plug everything back in!

Will my wrist alert work when I go to get groceries?

Open

One of the most common questions we get from people searching for a senior monitor is "Does my wrist alert work when I go to get groceries or go for a walk?"… Your wrist alert is specifically designed to work within your home and immediately outside your home up to 300 or 400 ft away from the speaker box. Like all senior monitors, it is not designed to get you help when you are out running errands.

It's important to realize that when you are out getting groceries you will be in a public place. There certainly will be others around to help you if you have an emergency. Our clients take great comfort in knowing that if they had an emergency at home - where they are alone for all or part of the day - that they would be able to get help even if they are not able to reach the phone!
