You may have noticed that we have a free gift offer when you sign up for our medical alert service. The lockbox is definitely the most popular gift choice, and it's for a great reason! It's a smart idea to have some sort of plan in place just in case you have to use your medical alert and the paramedics come to your house. If your door were locked when they arrive, they may have to break a window or break the door to get you help. To prevent property damage, you can lock a spare key inside of the lockbox and we provide the lockbox combination to the paramedics at the time of dispatch.
While we hope you never need to use your medical alert, you should always be prepared. Plus the lockbox is free with your order! You really can't beat that :)

[Read More...]Medical alert reviews should absolutely be incorporated as a key part of your medical alert search… It's smart to know what previous customers and professional caregivers are saying about different companies before signing up. One new medical alert reviews site that I am particularly excited about is MedicalAlertReviews.org. They currently have a lot of great tips on there for finding a rock solid medical alert. They are also working on reviews of some of the top companies, including Senior Safety, which should be up to read soon. Their site is all about sharing. So if you have any medical alert experiences from your search that you'd like to share with others in a similar situation, log onto MedicalAlertReviews.org and type away! Your opinions, experiences, ad reviews will help others in a very big way!

[Read More...]Anytime you need help and cannot make it to the phone, just press your medical alert necklace! You will be connected over the speaker box to one of our operators who will help you assess the situation and get you the help that you need. We like to be realistic here. Different situations require different procedures. Whenever a potential customer asks how long our system to get them help we answer honestly: It takes 20 to 30 second in most cases for an operator to speak to you over the medical alert speaker box… Beyond that, there are several key factors. How quickly are the paramedics able to dispatch? How long does it take for the paramedics to reach your house? Our customers are often surprised how quick we are able to get them help!
Once you press your medical alert necklace take comfort that help is on the way!
