Dear Mr. Miller,
I'd like to take a moment to commend one of your employees, Casey. I had a very difficult time in moving the speaker box for my mother in law, and resetting her transmitter button. As it turned out, I had purchased a longer phone cord in order to move her speaker box to a better location. After Casey solved that problem, we moved on to the fact that her speaker box was working but not her telephone. The whole process was complicated by the issue of her phone, TV and internet all going through a Verizon junction box. Casey was very patient and took me step by step of what to plug in where. The problem was further compounded by a faulty power source. Eventually, the problem was solved and the transmitter and speaker worked, as well as the telephone.
At any point, Casey could have said - I have your speaker box working - I can't help you with the phone. We were on the phone for over an hour - as you can tell from the description in the above paragraph; I am not at all technical. However, my ex-husband and his less than stellar sister had left mom without this vital device since before Christmas, unbeknownst to me. My mother in law is 89 and lives alone. Your service is vital to her staying in her home with some level of independence.
Casey is an example of a caring, knowledgeable, patient customer service representative. He portrayed your company in a very positive manner. I hope you are proud to employ (and reward) such a wonderful person.

My husband & I wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with your "Get Help Now" service.
Some time ago, my mother passed away, and my elderly father had to move in with us. He is eighty years old and mentally very sharp, but he has difficulty with his balance and has a heart condition. After he moved in, I couldn't even run an errand without worrying that he might fall or, even worse, have a heart attack while I was out.
When I called your company, you were more than helpful in explaining how your system works. We decided to try your product to see if it really would help us get back to normal.
I must tell you how much of a difference your service has made to all of us. My husband and I are able to carry on our normal lives again. My dad feels less of a burden to us and much more secure knowing that he has a "safety net". Not only have we continued to use your service in our home, but when my father travels to see my sister in Texas, or my brother in Massachusetts, I pack up the unit and send it with him. We make one simple call and everything is back on line. They can't believe how simple it is to transfer.

I wanted to write a thank you note for everyone concerned that saved my mother's life. If not for your company and the quick response of the fire and police depts; my mother would have bled to death. She remembered to press the button on her necklace when she fell Monday morning in the kitchen and hit her head on the table. I was at work and if she had not pressed the button she would have laid there until I got home 9 hours later

Is there anyway that I can receive a new vial of life form? I need to update my mother's information. I need to delete Lisa as a contact from the list.
My mother's information hangs on her refrigerator and the form could use some updates but there is no room. I would appreciate it if you could send me a new form so I can make the changes. When I do that I will be e-mailing you the new changes. The vial of life is at my mom's home. She has utilized it this past weekend when I took her to the ER. The doctor's were impressed that all of her information was contained on the document. Thank you for making the vial of life part of the system. We only had to hand the form to the doctors and it answered questions that the family probably would not remember at that time.

I have had occasion to use your service recently - matter of fact it was very early morning of Aug. 10, 1999. I woke up in the very early morning hours having great difficulty breathing. I finally called my son (who lives in Bethlehem, PA) to tell him my problem. He told me to press my "Little White Button" at once. In no time wasted a very nice man spoke to me. I gave him my name and address, and he informed me help was on the way. And he would stay on the line until help arrived in my house. He talked to me all the while. So I did not feel so all alone. In a very short time I had two police officers, emergency squad with two people and two very capable and well trained EMT's. They gave me oxygen and medication and got me to the emergency room (at Warren Hospital) (Closest Hospital) and my son arrived here right after the emergency personnel did.
Both my Son and I want to say "Thank you" to that young man on duty that morning - we feel quite sure that that "Little White Button" saved my life.

It's with great sadness I have to return the Get Help Now box to you. My grandfather, Joseph David died in his home on July 29th. He only had the box for a few months, but it made him and us feel better knowing he had it. He was adamant about not leaving his home and not going into a hospital or nursing home, so this box helped us all have a little peace of mind. He was able to die in his home, which is what he wanted, if he had to go. He never had the need to use the box and I think a heart attack hit him too fast the day he died. He really thought the box was a neat thing, and we talked about it even though he never had to use it, just in case. I also have to commend you on your operators/associates, they were so kind and helpful when I called. They really stand out from other companies.
