Our speaker is so loud that you are able to hear us even if you have difficulty hearing and our microphone is now so sensitive that we can talk to you from anywhere in your home be it upstairs or downstairs to find out what is wrong.
If we aren't able to speak to you because you fell outside in the backyard or going out to get the mail, don't worry, we'll assume you are in trouble and send the first responders from 911 to help immediately.
You may not even need 911, maybe you just told us you fell and that you can't get up. In that case, if you want, we will call your neighbor, family or whomever you tell us to call.
