• The Button is a maintenance free, water resistant pendant transmitter...you should wear it in the shower and tub. It's battery life is good for over 5 years...it has a lithium-ion battery and is 1" by 1" by a 1/4" deep...and it weighs less than an ounce. We feel that the necklace is safer than the wrist pendant. We will supply you with either pendant...but we wanted to share our 20 years of experience. My aunt Tillie says the Button makes her feel most comfortable in the shower and tub, because she worries about getting out of the tub.
• 2-way Voice to Voice console... we can speak back and forth with you, from basically wherever you are in the house...without you ever touching the phone. The console uses a very loud speaker and a very sensitive microphone.... This back and forth conversation is comforting. Aunt Tillie still can't believe she can be heard all over her house.
• The console has a built in Rechargeable Battery Backup...that will call and tell us when the battery is running low...or if the system has lost power. Our Clients are often surprised when we call them and tell them their system reported a power outage or low battery. Truthfully, I think our Clients like the contact from us...we enjoy talking with seniors...they make us smile. However, my Aunt Tillie still complains that I don't call her enough.
