Plugging in your medical alarm system

Plug in your alarm folowwing the instructions below…after plugging in the medical alarm follow the instructions for Testing your alarm to insure it’s proper setup…and don’t forget to return your signed paperwork to activate your alarm..

Setup Instructions

1.Plug the White Power cord into an electrical outlet. When plugged in, both the green power light and the red help light will go on. In the event of an emergency the red help button will blink on and off

( Do Not plug into an outlet controlled by a light switch, it is unsafe ).

2. On the back of the Speaker Box you will see two phone jacks. Plug the supplied phone cord in the outlet labeled "Line". Plug the other end of this phone cord directly into a phone jack centrally located in the house.

( DO NOT plug the phone cord into a splitter or any other device )

3. Plug your telephone into the second jack on the back of the speaker box where it is labeled "Phone". You can use a splitter in the “Phone” outlet and connect all the devices you need.

4. Test your alarm system after plugging in the speaker box to make sure the system has a proper connection.

Trouble Shooting
  • DO NOT USE A Splitter or any other device in the phone jack used for this medical alarm.
  • You must use the supplied phone cord for proper usage.
  • Try to place the medical alarm in the most central location in the house...if for hearing purposes it would work better in a non centralized bedroom, or other room, that is okay as well.
