Trouble Shooting Help

Buttons (wrist or necklace transmitters)
• No sound when I press the Button
• I just hear long tones and no short tones or "chirping"
• I hear the long tone and then the short tones "chirping"...but, I never hear an operator
• Does not activate speaker box
• Pendant / Wristband does not work far enough for me
• My Necklace or Wrist strap broke

Speaker Box
• The operator can't hear me when I speak
• I can't hear the operators when they speak
• How do I unplug the Speaker to shut itdown
• I didn't push my Button and the speaker beeped by itself
• Speaker keeps beeping and won't stop
• Speaker makes no sound
• Speaker lights are off

Lock Box
• Can't keep the key door closed
• Can't open the key door
• Key door is stuck in the open position
• Shackle won't stay closed
