Unplugging your medical alarm
NOTE: Your medical alarm has a backup battery and it must be shut off before shipping to prevent it from alarming the delivery service.

1.Unplug the White Power Cord from the outlet first.

2. Once the White Power Cord is unplugged, press...and hold down the Green Reset Button...until the speaker turns off. When the speaker is off, the lights will go out, and if you press the buttons...there will be no sound.



Moving the unit to a new location

Let us know when you have arrived at your new location the following information:

  • Phone
  • County
  • Cross Street
  • Response Information,
    Key, Call List, Special instructions

Be sure to keep the phone cord supplied with the speaker box...this will insure plugging the system in properly.

Once we have received your call, your fax, or your mail information....we will call to verify your location, and then we will change your address for you.
