My father does fall a lot in his home, which is the main reason we want to get him a medical alert, but most of the time he just needs a neighbor or relative to come by and help him up. Is there a way we can have someone called first instead of 911 if it's not serious? Janice

We have supported so many health agencies and fire departments throughout Idaho with the Vial of Life program and we have many 100's of medical alert clients throughout the state. I spent a few days in the Payette National Forest last summer. The forest was one of the most majestic things I have ever seen, and I had a great time hiking and fishing. I even caught a trout! I found I always liked people from Idaho. I hope to come back to the area soon.

Boise is one of my favorite places to experience the outdoors. I spent most of my time fishing. What a great time! One of our medical alarm customers told me about the Gene Harris Jazz Festival. I would love to be in Boise for that festival. Sounds like fun!
