My grandmother just had a fall and I want to make sure she is protected as soon as possible. If I order your senior medical alert system today, how long will it take before she receives it?

Hi Robin,

We send all of our medical alarm orders priority mail with the post office, which normally takes 2-3 days to arrive. There is no charge for shipping unless you’d like your order sent overnight.

We take pride in getting out each order in the mail the same day it is received, no matter what it takes.

One of my most memorable moments this year was talking to a daughter in Pennsylvania who was almost in tears after her mother had an emergency at home and she wanted to get her protected immediately. She asked if we could overnight the order. It was late in the day, around 5:30, and FedEx was closing at 6:00. I told her we would do everything we could to get her the order in time.

Even before I got off the phone, our president Roni, was racing to the equipment room to get the unit packed up. After I hung up, she handed me the package and I ran outside to my car. With a rare Los Angeles rain storm pouring down on my car, I managed to arrive at the FedEx store just in the nick of time.

When I got to work the next day, I quickly turned on my computer and tracked the package. It had arrived in Pennsylvania at 10:30 AM the next morning! I immediately called the customer to make sure she had received it and was filled with satisfaction as she thanked me, overjoyed at our effort.

Just another day at the office.
