I’d like to sign up for your medical alarm service for my mother but with the holiday season passing us I wanted to make sure that she will be protected every day of the year, including weekends and holidays.  Are there any times you are closed?

Our medical alarm monitoring service is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. In other words, there is no time where your mother won’t be protected.

And if you just want to call us in the business office with a question or concern, we’re available Monday through Saturday during business hours. And even on Sunday or during off hours, if you leave us a message, we’ll call you back as soon as possible!
