We recommend the lockbox to all of our customers! Your key locks inside the lockbox & it locks on your door or gate (you decide where). When we dispatch help to you, we provide the lockbox combination to your first responders. This allows them to get into your home without breaking a door or window.

As long as you are enrolled in our Protection Plan, you can replace 1 base station and 2 help buttons during any 12 month period.
